Perform mixed imputation on summarizedExperiment object

Usage

mixed_imputation(se, cutoff = "empirically")

Arguments

se: The summarizedExperiment object
cutoff: The cutoff used for MAR/MNAR classification. See create_imputation_mask

Value

A summarizedExperiment object with complete cases after mixed imputation.
